PITTSBURGH, Pa./JONESVILLE, Va. — Wanda Williams Scott, of Pittsburgh, Pa., and formerly of Jonesville, Va., passed away Feb. 9, 2013 at her home.
The daughter of the late Hughy M. and Hattie Williams, Wanda grew up and attended high school in Jonesville, Va. and graduated from Radford College in 1952.
Surviving are her husband, George Scott of Pittsburgh, Pa.; daughter, Sara of Boston, Mass.; son, David of Oakland, Calif.; granddaughters, Lillian and Ella Beggs of Boston, Mass.; brothers, Don Williams of Pennington Gap, Va., Lowell Williams of Jonesville, Va.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday (May 11, 2013) at the First Christian Church in Pennington Gap, Va.
