Jimmie Laura Crenshaw Moore passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2015 in Abilene at the age of 94. She will be buried in the Voss Cemetery in Voss, Texas. Jimmie was born in Glen Cove, Texas on March 21, 1921 to Bertha (Guthrie) and Tom Crenshaw. She attended Voss Elementary and graduated from Mozelle High School. After moving to Clyde with her parents and brother, she attended Cisco Junior College, where she studied courses in Licensed Vocational Nursing and real estate.

Jimmie married Winston Lee Moore (Slim Willet) in 1938 in Clyde. They had two sons, Louie Ted and Tim Willet Moore. They resided in Abilene where Winston attended and graduated from Hardin-Simmons College and then followed a career in radio, TV and songwriting. Winston passed away in 1966. She married Joseph W. Moore in 1968, who passed away in 2005.

She was preceded in death by her father Tom, mother Bertha, brother J.P. Crenshaw, husband Winston, husband Joseph, son Ted and daughter-in-law Charlene Moore.

Jimmie is survived by her son Tim Willet Moore of Abilene; grandson Thomas Moore of Morgantown, West Virginia.
