Jeffrey L. Walters, 51, of Somerset, passed on May 9, 2013 at home. Born Dec. 22, 1961 in Somerset, he is the son of James and Emma (Thompson) Walters of Somerset. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Ray Walters. Jeffrey is survived by his parents and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He enjoyed fixing bicycles and listening to 45 rpm records. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
