Sylvia Dean Ellis Stephens, age 74, of Bethany Church Road in Roughmont, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at her home. She was born in Person County to the late Jasper Cheek Ellis Jr. and his wife, Irene Dean Ellis.
Mrs. Stephens is survived by her husband, C.J. Stephens; her two children, Debbie Stephens and Kevin Stephens, all of the home; one sister, Helen Parrott of Oxford.
The graveside service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Person Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Brian K. Hager officiating.
