FORT VALLEY - Betty Howell George, age 86, died Tuesday, December 2, 2003. Graveside services are 2P.M., Saturday, December 6, 2003, in Oaklawn Cemetery in Fort Valley. Rev. Mike Hall will officiate.
She was born in Thomaston, GA; retired civil service from Robins Air Force base; member of Fort Valley Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. George, Sr.

Survivors: son, Charles E. George, Jr.; grandson, Charles E. George III; brothers, Tommy Howell, Bobby Howell, Kenneth Howell
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Alzheimer's Association, 277 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Suite 201, Macon, GA 31201 or the donor's favorite charity.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00P.M., Friday, December 5, at Rooks Funeral Home in Fort Valley.
