Rose Ludmilla Nugent Farrell, of Ft. Thomas, died Friday at St. Luke Hospital East, Ft. Thomas. She was a retired physician's assistant. Survivors include her husband, Dr. Earl J. Farrell Jr.; daughters, K. Mavoureen Miller of Ft. Thomas and Mary T. Elkins of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sons, Daniel Earl Farrell of Covington and Teig O. Farrell of Cincinnati; sisters, Catherine O'Connor of Rockville, Md., Elizabeth Delong, Winifred Hummer and Margaret Ellen Flanagan, all of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Msgr. Andrew Nugent and Msgr. James Nugent, both of Columbus, Ohio; and four grandchildren. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Thomas Church, Ft. Thomas. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas.
