Arnet Nelson Gephart, 72, died at 3:48 a.m. Sunday, April 25, in St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, Lafayette, following an illness of five weeks.
Born Sept. 9, 1921, at rural Ambia,, he had lived in Reynolds most of his lifetime, moving there from Pine Village.
Mr. Gephart graduated from Pine Village High School in 1941, and was a retired White County farmer.
He was an avid collector, restorer and exhibitor of antique gasoline engines. He had traveled throughout the state with his collection.
Surviving is a sister, Anna Fern Fletcher of Fowler; two nieces' and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
