Kyle Knox Thompson, 44, resident of 1472 Hwy. 284 wife of Billy Thompson died Friday May 6, 2005 at Abbeville County Memorial Hospital.

Born in Georgia she was a daughter of James and Alice Faye Knox.

She was a homeaker and was the former Pro Shop manager at High Meadows Country Club. She attended Main St. United Methodist Church.

survivors are: husband-William 'Billy' Thompson of the home
1-son Jeffery Thompson of the home, 1 daughter Taylor Thompson of the home, 2 sisters Patti Nickles of Abbeville and Mary Hyman of Abbeville, SC, her parents James 'Jimmy' Knox of Greenville, SC and mother Alice Faye Knox of Abbeville, SC, 1 half sister Jamie Knox of Greenville, SC and a grandson Grier Lawton.

Graveside services will be conducted Monday May 9, 2005 at 2:00 PM from Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with the Rev. Bob Clemons officiating.

The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home. The family will recieve friends Sunday Evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at The home of Mrs. Ruthie Harris 208 South Main St. Abbeville, SC.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.

The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
