Jessie James Boyd, 84, of Newport, AR., departed this life Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
He was a member of Church of Christ and loved duck hunters, his neighbors, his dogs, being outdoors, and mowing yards.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Ruby Boyd and his parents.
He is survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
Graveside services were held at Cheshier Cemetery. Dillinger Funeral Home was in charge.
