Henry Romig, died of the infirmities consequent upon old age at his residence in West Lincoln, on Sunday evening last, in his 90th year. He came to that vicinity from Berks count, when he was twelve years old, and resided there ever since, sixty years of that time having spent on the same premises. He was a highly respected, well-to-do citizen, excellent farmer and had added considerably to the wealth and enterprise of the community. He was also a devout, consistent member of the Lutheran church. Three sons survive, Martin who resides at Lincoln, George residing at Lebanon, and Jacob, the extensive manufacturer and dealer in household furniture, who resides on the old homestead.
