Died aged 44 years, so evidently born about 1858; 1900 censu shows born March 1857 in Georgia (parents born in Georgia). Married 24 AUG 1884 in Harris County, Georgia, by John W. WILSON, O.M., to G. Judson GRADDICK (Harris County, Georgia, Marriages 1877-1886, p. 160). Per the 1900 census, Judson's father was born in South Carolina, and his mother in Georgia.

"Mrs. Mollie A. GRADIC Passed Away Yesterday Morning. // Mrs. Mollie A. GRADIC, the wife of Mr. G. J. GRADIC, died at their residence at Gentian, Ga., at 9 o'clock yesterday morning, after an illness of about three weeks of malarial fever. She was forty-four years old and is survived by her husband and three children. She also leaves one brother, Mr. R. L. HIGHTOWER, of Columbus, two half-sisters, Mrs. J. H. LEWIS, Mrs. Wm. TRAILER and one half-brother, Mr. W. F. YOUNGBLOOD, Texas. The deceased was a member of the Missionary baptist church. Her remains reached the city on last night's Southern train, and the funeral will take place from the residence of her brother, Mr. R. L. HIGHTOWER, at No. 1427 Sixth avenue, at ten o'clock this morning, and will be conducted by Rev. C. T. CLARK. The interment will be at Riverdale cemetery." Per entry in Sexton's card file for Riverdale Cemetery: Mrs. M. A. GRADDIC died aged 44 years, of fever, at Gentian, Ga.; buried 6-14-1902 in Section 7, west half of Lot 65. (She is said to have died in the home of Seranus Morgan RODGERS at Gentian.)

As of 1900 census of Georgia Militia District #1186 (Upper Land District 19), Harris County, Georgia, Mollie had been married 15 years and had borne 3 children, all of whom were still living and present in the household: Ralphie A. GRADIC (b. Aug. 1885), Charlie A. GRADIC (b. July 1889), and Dannie L. GRADIC (female, b. Apr 1893).
