Freida had resided in Congress, Arizona for the past 15 years. Prior to moving to Arizona, she had been a long-time Sundance resident who owned and operated the Elk Horn Café for many years and was well known throughout the community.
A memorial service was held for Freida at the Senior Citizens Community Center in Congress, Arizona. Interment was at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Sundance.
A memorial fund has been set up for the Sundance United Methodist Church in Freida's name. Anyone wishing to contribute may do so by contacting Earl Gray, Box 581, Sundance.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Stacey Cummings, her husband Fred Oudin and late husband Logan Brimmer.
Freida is survived by two daughters, Patsy Vermetti of Boise, Idaho, and Betty Stephens of Denver, Colorado and one son, Bobby Oudin of Phoenix, Arizona, also 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
