Cauley Carl Bullard was the son of Aaron and Henry Cason Bullard. He attended schools in Hamilton County, FL. He married Katherine Carter on Jan. 05, 1913. She was the daughter of John Staten and Eliza Sandlin Carter. They had the following children: Harriet Bullard 1913-1920; Bonnie Bullard Hillhouse b. 1917; Lucille Bullard Kindard b. 1918; Joyce Bullard McAbee b. 1921; Alice Bullard Carter b. 1923; Cauley Carl Bullard, Jr. b. 1925; Donald Bullard b. 1927; and Betty Bullard Nichols b. 1930. Mr. Bullard was a successful Farmer and Naval Stores Operator. He was a member of the American Turpentine Farmers Assoc. He was County Commissioner of Hamilton County, Fl. from 1941-1950. He also served on the Hamilton County School Board and White Springs City Council. In 1944 he married Mollie Altman Bullard, the widow of Miles Bullard. He died at his home in White Springs, Fl on July 09, 1953.
