Bertha Pauline Dunn, age 91, of Dalton, passed away Monday, May 6, 2013 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steed Dunn; parents, Jep & Ettie Baker Poteet; sister, Myrtle Dean Patterson; brothers, Clifford, Clinton, Leonard, Junior and Walter Poteet.
She is survived by her sister, Lois McBryar; brothers and sister-in-law, Willard Poteet and Claude & Rachel Poteet, all of Dalton; sister-in-law, Elwanda Poteet of Ringgold; several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
The funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Dunn will be held Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Beason, Rev. Jonathan Padgett and Rev. Billy Willis officiating. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
