OBITUARY (there are errors in obit)

William R. Schultz, age 74, of Helena, passed away at St. Peter's Hospital on April 19, 2013. He was born on October 31, 1938 to Henry A. and Helen A. Schultz in Boise, ID. William met the love of his life, Arlene (who passed away on August 13, 2011) and they were married on October 18, 1959 in Fallon, MT.

William was an aircraft mechanic in the United States Navy where he retired after 25 years of service to our country. After retiring from the navy William went to work at the post office and retired after many years.

William loved fishing, camping, hunting, gold mining, telling jokes and making people laugh. But most of all loved to spend time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William is survived by his children, Craig Schultz, Gail Burcar, and Amy Schultz of Helena:

sibling Deborah Magnusun (Bellingham, WA); grandchildren Robert Burcar, William Burcar; and great grandson, Kaden Burcar and one great granddaughter on the way that will be named after great grandma Arlene.

A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday April 25, 2013 at Retz Funeral Home. A military honor graveside service will follow the service at the Montana State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Harrison.
