Mr. Drennan was born on February 5, 1923 in Chester County, SC and was a son of the late Francis Brice Drennan and Maude Gladden Drennan. He was a graduate of Richburg High School and was retired as owner and operator of Drennan's Garage. Mr. Drennan was a member and elder of Cedar Shoals Presbyterian Church and a member of Woodmen of the World. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Wadell Drennan; two grandchildren, Wil Drennan and Jennifer Drennan Crowder (Randolph) both of Rock Hill; three great-grandchildren, William Crowder, Cayce Crowder, and Abram Crowder all of Rock Hill; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, David Floyd "Pete" Drennan; his first wife, Joyce Singletary Drennan, his second wife, Annie Mae Drennan; two brothers; and six sisters.
