Mr. Roger Ray Floyd, 75, passed away October 22, 2008 at Kate B Hospice in Winston Salem. Roger was a veteran of the US Army. He was a lifetime member of the PGA since 1964 and was the pro at Tanglewood in 1972. He is survived by his twin daughters, Marsha Rae Floyd (partner Phyllis Wilcox) of Lewisville NC, and Michelle Floyd Wood (husband, Randy) of Clemmons NC; one son, Randy Floyd of Clemmons NC; several grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren. The family will have a Private Service and requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Kate B Hospice, 101 Hospice Lane, WS, NC 27103.
