GOSHEN -- Friends of David Earl Batts may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen, where services will be at 11 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery. Mr. Batts, 61, died Wednesday (Aug. 17, 2005) at Methodist Healthcare South, Memphis, Tenn. He was born Nov. 6, 1943, in Columbus, Ga., to Clark M. and Erma (Hobgood) Batts. He was married on Nov. 25, 1961. His wife survives him. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Edward M. Batts and Michael R. Batts. Mr. Batts worked as a road service technician for Markline Industries, Bristol. He was a member of Goshen Moose Lodge.
