Survived by 3 daughters, Miss Lucille Daviston and Miss Lee Esther Daviston, both of B’ham, and Mrs. Bill Rutherford, of Gadsden; 1 son Frank Daviston, of B’ham; 2 brothers, Dick and Frank Harrison, of Montevallo; 3 grandchildren.
