Ann L. Botner Cocoa Ann L. Botner, 80, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Wuesthoff Progressive Care Center. Ann was born in Olney, IL on November 14, 1930 and grew up in St. Francisville, IL. She moved to Cocoa in the 1950s where she taught school for a short time and then met and fell in love with her late husband, George, and became a homemaker. She is survived by sons, Clyde and Eric Botner; stepson and wife, George, Jr. and Gretchen Botner; stepdaughter and husband, Sandra and Jack Meeks; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 1 great, great-grandchild, and several cousins. Ann was a member of the First Methodist Church of Cocoa and a sorority sister of Beta Sigma Phi. She was laid to rest on May 19 and will be missed by many friends and relatives.
