#Johnny Malcolm McLeod, 66, of Albany, GA, died May 2, 2013 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Cory Wise will officiate. Interment will be at Oakridge Cemetery in Tifton, GA.
#A native of Tifton, GA, Johnny had lived in Albany, GA all of his life and graduated from Albany High School in 1966. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Navy on the USS Destroyer Brinkley Bass. Johnny was the owner of McLeod Home Improvement Company, was a former member of Byne Memorial Baptist Church and was attending Life Gate Church.
#Survivors include his mother, Annie Elizabeth Twilley Ryals of Lee County, GA, three sisters, Betty McLeod Bowen and her husband, Charles of Newnan, GA, Patsy McLeod of Lee County, GA and Debbie Boswell and her husband, Kerry of Albany, GA, five nieces and one nephew. Preceded in death by father, Malcolm W. McLeod.
