Preceded in death by her parents, F. L. Hoffarth and Carrie Codlin Hoffarth; brother, F. L. Hoffarth Jr.; and her beloved husband, James R. Bixler, she is survived by her son, James R. Bixler, Jr.; daughter, Linda Bixler McCullough and husband Wayne; granddaughter, Kathleen Phillips and husband Dean; grandsons, Sean McCullough and Craig McCullough; and great-granddaughter, Ashley Boettcher.
Our thanks to the staff of St. Luke's Hospital 6th floor Cooley Building for the excellent care our mother received, to our friends and most especially to Tim Laurence for his spiritual support and beautiful gift of music in Fay's last hours of life.
