Lynn H. Warner

WALTON — Lynn H. Warner, 62, of Walton, passed away Oct. 3, 2001, at home.

The son of Hereld and Doris (West) Warner, he was born May 12, 1939, in Deposit, where he graduated from high school. He attended the State University College at Cortland.

Lynn married Phyllis Foreman on March 1, 1959, in Walton.

He was a tool and die maker at Bendix-Amphenol in Sidney, retiring after 40 years.

He was a member of IAMAW #1529 Union, Masonville Rod & Gun Club, Full House Hunting Club, Downsville, Royal Oasis, Walton and Masonic Lodge #396, Deposit.

Lynn is survived by his wife, Phyllis; daughter, Lauri Walley and her special friend, Robert Patterson; two sons, Lance R. Warner and his special friend, Nicky, and Lynn H. (Trudi) Warner Jr., all of Walton; six grandchildren, Wayne (Rachel) Walley of Hunter Mountain, Sara Walley and Cheillie, Cody, Trevor and Tyler Warner of Walton; two great-grandchildren, Caitlin and Liam; his mother, Doris Warner of Binghamton; two brothers, Laurence (Hazel) Warner of Newark Valley, and John (Joann) Warner of Guilford; three sisters, Jean (Dick) Mills of Windsor, Marilyn (Wayne) Hess of Deposit, and Judy (Charles) Miller of Fort Collins, Colo.; a brother-in-law, Tony Saullo of Hazleton, Pa.; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Bertha Foreman of Walton; as well as several nieces, nephews and other in-laws.

He was predeceased by his father, Hereld; and sister, Carol Saullo.

A graveside service will be held at the Walton Cemetery on Friday, Oct. 12, 2001, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. James Martin officiating.

There are no prior calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association, 59 Court St., 4th Floor, Binghamton, N.Y. 13901 would be appreciated.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lyon Bros.-Way Inc. Funeral Home, Walton.
