Ellsworth -- Rose Marie Hoff, 77, died March 12, 1993 at her home at Ellsworth. She was born Jan. 16, 1916 at Hays, the daughter of Annas Leiker and Agnes Dinkel Leiker.

An Ellsworth resident for 15 years, moving from Fairview, Okla., and Claflin, she was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church and the Altar Society, both at Ellsworth, and the Daughters of Isabella, Claflin.

On July 21, 1936, she married Herbert W. Hoff at Gorham. He survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Herbert A. Hoff, Clafflin, and Steve Hoff, Riverston, Wyo.; two daughters, Annette Bourne, Ellsworth, and Dolores Hoff, Iola; three sisters, Mary Brungardt and Josephine Rader, both of Hays, and Agnes Condit, Great Bend; three grandchildren; two step-grandsons; and a great-granddaughter.

Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ellsworth, Funeral Mass will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Ellsworth, with Father Charles Steier presiding. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Ellsworth Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the church in care of the funeral home.
