Gale E. Barber, age 75, of McDonough, GA died Thursday, May 2, 2013. He was born in Memphis, TN to the late John Brooks and Juanita Barber. He was also preceded in death by Marie C. Barber.
Gale is survived by his wife: Allie Barber, McDonough, GA; children: Janet (Devin) Duley, McDonough, GA; Jerry (Michelle) Barber, Locust Grove, GA; step-son: Kurt (Anna) Killingsworth, Gainesville, FL; siblings: John Terry Barber, Memphis, TN; Nancy Wilkison, Springfield, IL; grandchildren: Hannah, Marisa, Shannon, Isaac, Bekah, Kasha, Noah, Elijah, and Zaria.
Funeral Services will be held at Glen Haven Baptist Church on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 11:00am with Rev Stan Berrong and Rev Ralph Easterwood officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the funeral home.
