Edna had two brothers, Vernon and Howard Croxen, son Herbert M. Reeves III, and a granddaughter Chelsea Clark who preceded her in death.
Edna was a loving homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother. She was a graduate of the Malone-Frell Modeling School and the McCormick School of Commerce both in Chicago. On November 2, 1941 she married her true love Herbert M. Reeves Jr. in Morganfield, KY. They celebrated 63 years of marriage, before Herbert passed on January 15, 2004.
Surviving is a son Thomas E. Reeves, daughter Susan M. (Mike) Clark; along with 6 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 step-great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, 4 great great step-grandchildren and 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
Edna was a member of the Jones, (MI) United Methodist Church and enjoyed sewing, crocheting and especially spending time with her family.
Private family visitation will be held at Billings Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Rice Cemetery next to her husband Herbert. Edna’s family would like to thank ABC Home Health Care and Heartland hospice for the loving care and kindness given to her so she could remain in her home.
If so desired, memorials may be given to Heartland Hospice.
