Gladys Jewel Rose, 90, of Chandler passed away May 2, 2013, in Tyler. Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2013, in Edom Cemetery in Edom.
Mrs. Rose had lived in the East Texas area since 1967. She was a Christian and a homemaker.
Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Don Rose; and son, Gary Robinson.
She is survived by son, George Robinson and wife Jeanie, of Winona; daughter, LaJuana Gibbs and husband Bill, of Chandler; local grandchildren, Richard and Nina Gibbs, Garry and Colleen Robinson, Diana and Chuck Rains, Danny and Mary Robinson and Lisa and Jordan Echeberger; six stepchildren; and numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to The Hospice of East Texas Foundation.
