Yvonne Spence Perkins LUBBOCK-Yvonne Spence Perkins, born December 18, 1933, in Floydada, Texas, peacefully ascended to her final home on April 30, 2013. Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie Mae and Virgil H. Spence, as well as her husband, Theodore E. Perkins. She leaves behind a son, Russell L. (Rusty) Perkins and wife Kathy of Lubbock; daughter, Nancy S. Albright and husband Wayne of Huntsville, Ala; two grandchildren; Jimmy and Heather; and three great-grandchildren. Interment will be Saturday, May 4, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Channing, Texas, City cemetery alongside her late Husband. A memorial service will be at Southcrest Baptist Church, 3801 S Loop 289 Lubbock, TX at 10 a.m. Friday, May 3. Arrangements are with Resthaven Funeral Home of Lubbock. Memorials may be sent to the Lubbock Friends of the Library and the Lubbock Genealogical Society.
