Jesse Darren Burton, Jr. Jesse Darren Burton, Jr., passed away suddenly on April 27, 2013 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.
He was the son of Arcina L. Smith and Jesse Darren Burton, Sr. Darren was born and raised in Chester and attended Chester High School, Strath Haven High School and he was currently enrolled in Agora Cyber School. He was predeceased by his grandparents Blanche Smith, Vanessa Johnson, and Wilbert Winsley. Survivors: His beautiful memory will be cherished by his parents, Arcina L. Smith and Jesse Burton, Sr., a special sister Monique Smith, 9 siblings, grandparents; Mary E. Smith, Jesse Faust, a special nephew Jalan F. Hudson, Jr., a host of other relatives and friends.

Deceased Name: Robert Tyrone Morris and Jesse D. Burton Jr.: Two killed in separate shootings in Chester
Two people died in separate shootings over the weekend in the City of Chester.
Robert Tyrone Morris, 40, died from gunshot wounds to the neck and chest. He was shot with a shotgun early Saturday, according to the Delaware County Medical Examiner's Office.
Morris was found on a sidewalk on the 900 block of Clover Lane. He was pronounced dead 3:40 a.m. Saturday, according to the medical examiner's office.
In the other slaying, Jesse D. Burton Jr., 17, was rushed to Crozer-Chester Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the head about 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The medical examiner's office said Burton was pronounced dead at the hospital. Three others were wounded in that shooting near the intersection of Rose and Upland Streets, authorities said.
