Marshall Allen Neill was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
Neill was nominated by President Richard Nixon on June 13, 1972, to a seat vacated by Charles Powell; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 2, 1972, and received commission on August 9, 1972. From 1973-1979, he served as the chief judge.
He served the Eastern District of Washington until his death on October 6, 1979. Neill was succeeded in this position by Justin Quackenbush.
