The funeral service for Henry County native and longtime BellSouth employee Linda Renee Teague of McKenzie was scheduled at 1 p.m. today at Trinity Funeral Home. Burial was to follow in New Hope Church Cemetery at Mansfield.

Visitation was Sunday.

Teague, 54, died Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. The cause of death was not given.

Born July 25, 1958, in Paris, she was a daughter of the late Roger and Alma Travis Teague.

She was a Henry County High School graduate.

Survivors are two sons: Steven (Fran) Funderburk of Decatur, Ga., and Jessie Townes Jr. of McKenzie; three sisters: Violet Gray of Lithonia, Ga., and Peggy Anderson and Brenda (Mike) Haynes, both of Covington, Ga.;

Seven brothers: Ray (Peggy) Teague of Springville, Gary (Katrina) Teague of Mansfield, Howard Teague of Chicago, Odell Teague of Nashville, Dale (Alice) Teague of Oxford, Ga., Richard Teague of New Jersey and Joe Louis (Diane) Teague; an aunt: Lurdine Teague of Paris; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Two brothers: Charles and Jimmy Rodger Teague also preceded her in death.
