Joseph Rennier, 88, passed away Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Leo Kocher in the Stringtown community.
He had been making his home with his daughter for the past year.
He was a resident of Elma, Iowa.
He is survived by five daughters and two sons; Mrs. Ida Kocher of Stringtown, Mrs. Mary Burkhardt of Clarksville, Iowa, Mrs. Anna Hahn of Charles City, Iowa, Mrs. Clara Hahn of Dundas, Anthony Rennier of Floyd, Iowa, Mrs. Katherine Holzer of Charles City, Iowa and Clem Rennier of Marin City, CA.
Funeral services were held at St. Joseph’s church in Stringtown on Wednesday and interment will follow in St. Patrick’s cemetery in Iowa.
