Survivors include his mother, Mollie Nickels Welch; brothers, Eugene, Larry and Donald Welch.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kuhner-Lewis Funeral Home in Oak Hill, with the Rev. Tim Simpson and the Rev. Allie Skaggs officiating, and interment in C.M. Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 ti 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
