late Dr. Byron Deadman. He married Agnes Braun in Baraboo, and eventually rose to hold many important positions including that of Wisconsin state veterinarian. He had served on the city council of Madison. Dr. Deadman was a member of the Masons, Elks, Odd Fellows and of Rotary. The widow and two sons. Byron of Green Bay, and Charles of Madison, survive. Dr. Deadman was the son of the late Dr. and Mrs. William H. Deadman. A brother, Richard H. Deadman. state representative, lives in Alpena.
