Elnora M. (Stryker) Perry, 88, of Blue Rapids, KS, passed away Monday, April 29, 2013, at Shawnee, KS.

Elnora was born May 4, 1924, daughter of Alva and Florence (Skelton) Stryker. She grew up in Blue Rapids and graduated from Blue Rapids High School and attended Ottawa University.

On September 15, 1945, she was united in marriage to William J. Perry. They shared over 49 years of marriage before his death on April 11, 1995.

Elnora was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary and a member of the Blue Rapids Library Board. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; three brothers, Russell, Floyd and Ted Stryker; and sister, Frances Stump.

Survivors include her two sons, Robert (Nancy) Perry, Shawnee, KS, and Michael (Rose) Perry, Kissimmee, FL; five grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 4, at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Blue Rapids.
