Graeme Baker Vickery passed away Saturday, August 25, 1991. Born in Houston June 30, 1935, the daughter of Adelaide Lovett and W. Browne Baker, Graeme graduated from Lamar High School, attended Smith College, Rice University and graduated from Leland Stanford University.
Graeme is survived by her husband, Clifford W. Vickery, and two sons, Clifford W. Vickery, Jr. and Alexander Lovett Vickery, as well as two brothers, W. Browne Baker, Jr. and Lovett Baker. Following their marriage, the Vickerys lived in San Mateo, California for seven years before returning to Houston where they have resided for twenty-one years.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 1991 at the Chapel of Unity Church of Christianity, 2929 Unity Drive. The family would like to acknowledge and thank the many members of the medical community who have helped and supported her throughout her life. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Depressive Manic-Depressive Association, P.O. Box 270341, Houston, Texas, 77277.
