Larry W. Short, 63, of Indianapolis, died Sat., April 27,2013 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.
He was born May 12,1949 in Moss, TN, a son of the late James Layton and Neva Nekda (Anderson) Short.
Larry was raised in Hancock Co. He was employed at Chrysler Corp. on Shadeland Ave. and Mussing Properties both in Indianapolis.
He is survived by a brother, Mike (Debbie) Short of Indianapolis; a sister, Theresa (Darrell) York of Southport; and a nephew, Rev. Darrell (Angela) York of Indianapolis.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Ramona K. Short, on Feb. 6,2013.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Apr. 30,2013 at Park Cemetery in Greenfield with Rev. Lonny Dunn officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Sproles Family Funeral Home.
