Josh Hastings officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 5 to 9 p.m.
She is survived by her husband: Gary Sims, Daughters: Kim (Josh)Hastings and Amy(Earl)Blevins, Grandchildren: Hailey and Harley Hastings, Tanner and Cole Blevins ,Father: Don (Sharon) Fowler, Brothers: Danny(Linda) Nippers , Kenny (Marilyn) Nippers, and Patrick Fowler, Brother in law: Terry (Phil) Sims, Sister in law: Donna (Rocky) Watson, Father and mother in law: Roy and Alma Etchison, Forever friend: Brenda Lamons.
