Mr. Brammer was born February 17, 1914, in Rogers, Arkansas to P.A. "Dot" and Lucy Goebel Brammer.
Survivors include one brother; three nieces; three nephews; and two aunts, Belle and Gladys both of Bosie Idaho.
Memorial service was held on Thursday April 3, 1997 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Rogers, with Rev. Allen Bates officiating.
Cremation arrangements were by the Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
