He loved being outdoors enjoying nature and loved to hunt and fish. Survivors include his parents, Randall Keith Pelham, Karen Phipps, Decherd; Cynthia Lee Clouse, Shelbyville; brother, Hunter Phipps; sister, Nikeithia Guyear; grandmother, Katherine Phipps Crownover, Pelham; grandfather, Marshall Bradford, Shelbyville; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services were held Thursday, March 7 in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Rodney Cain officiating. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.
