Sarah was the granddaughter of Lt. Abel and wife Martha (Kitcheral) Wright of Springfield, MA and John and Anne (Oldage) Osborne of Windsor, CT.
We do not know the exact date of her death but she evidently survived her husband Hezekiah Porter, Jr., who wrote his will on 22 Oct 1760, because he mentioned her in his will.
There is a grave to the right of that of her husband Hezekiah Porter, Jr., the gravestone for which has long since crumbled. That grave is believed to be the grave of Sarah (Wright) Porter.
