Brenda Graham Alambar, 36, of Amarillo died Tuesday, May 9, 2006.

Services will be at 10 p.m. Friday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd., with Brad Small, pastor of Amarillo South Church, and the Rev. Bill Burkholder officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Brenda Graham Alambar was born Sept. 29, 1969, in Pampa. Brenda attended Pampa Schools and graduated in 1988. She was a member of the "Pride of Pampa Band." Brenda earned a bachelor's degree from West Texas State University in 1993.

She married Alex Alambar on Nov. 24, 1993. She was a member of Amarillo South Church. Brenda was a special education teacher and had worked for Amarillo Public Schools and for E.C.I. Brenda was pursuing her master's degree at West Texas University up until the time of her illness.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Graham.

Survivors include her husband, Alex; a daughter, Amie Alambar of Amarillo; her parents, Elaine and Richard Elliff of Pampa; a sister, Theresa Briscoe of Casper, Wyo.; a stepbrother, Matt Elliff of Amarillo; a stepsister, Lee Harrell of Amarillo; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
