Nellie Louise Chambers Long time resident, Oakland Quietly passed away February 8, 2010. She was the mother of two daughters, Gayle Atwell Quinn and Mary Davis. Grandmother of Qiana and Jasmine Quinn, Reginald and Andre Rayford. Sister of Jean Bruce of Oakland. She leaves a host of other relatives and friends. A Viewing will be Monday, February 15, 2010 from 1-5pm. Funeral Service is Tuesday February 16, 2010 at 11am both in our chapel.
