ARCHDALE — Mrs. Pauline Frazier Brewer, 87, resident of Archdale died April 25th, 2013, at Westchester Manor in High Point.
Mrs. Brewer was born September 26, 1925, in Randolph County, a daughter to the late George W. and Mamie Parker Frazier. A resident of this area all her life, she worked at Burlington Mills and attended Poplar Ridge Friends Meeting. She was married to Guy Kenneth Brewer who preceded her in death in 2005. In addition to her parents and husband, she also was preceded in death by three sons, Farrell, Darrell and Barry Brewer, and fourteen brothers and sisters.
Surviving is a son, Kenneth (Ken) W. Brewer and wife Karen of High Point; two daughters, Donna J. Brewer of Archdale and Sheila B. Shively of Archdale; five grandchildren, Justin Brewer, Darren Brewer, Amy Howard, Christy Baker and Stacy Troxler; and ten great-grandchildren, Caroline, Will, Rainey, Katelyn, Chance, Aspen, Tillery, Harrison, Andrew and Guy. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of the Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale with Dr. Brian Donnelly officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at 2959 Rob Cruthis Rd. Archdale, NC 27263.
