Emily Rush Barlown, 85, Bradenton, Fla., died Sunday, November 28, at Blake Medical Center, Bradenton, Fla.
Miss Barlow was a native of Knoxville, TN., and was a former resident of Johnson City. She had lived in Florida for the past several years.
She was a daughter of the late James Stanley Barlow, Sr., and Emily Taylor Miller Barlow. Inaddition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Jean Barlow Parks and Grace Barlow.
Survivors include one brother, Dr. J. Stanley Barlow, Jr., Leonia, NJ.; and one sister, Sanna Barlow Rossi, Bradenton, Fla.
Graveside services for Miss Barlow will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Johnson City. The Rev. J. Stanley, Jr. will officiate. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made via www.morrisbaker.com.
