She graduated from Con-8 High School and married Pat Shockley, February 18, 1952 at Lawton, OK. Patsy lived in Kiowa County all of her life and loved to sew, read, garden and be an avid fan of the Oklahoma Sooners. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Roosevelt, OK where she taught women's Sunday school class for many years.
