Glen Roland Hoffman, 89,of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, May 8,2005, at his home. Mr. Hoffman was born March 4,1916, in Nevada, Texas. He was retired from Bell Helicopter, a member of Masonic Lodge, Euless, Texas, and Williams Memorial United Methodist Church and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran. He was preceaded in death by his wife, Lucille Faye Hoffman, on January 19,2005. Survivors include one son, Victor Hoffman of Highland, Ind.; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Charles and Lou Etta Marley of Texarkana; one stepdaughter and stepson-in-law, Joanne and Carl Ilg of Chino Hills, Calif.; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services with military rites will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Jack Matkin officiating, under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.
