North Tonawanda, January 3
Herbert S LaRose, 58 years old died
suddenly yesterday at his home, 369
Fredericka street. Heart disease was
given as the cause of death. Born in
Canada, he had lived in North Tona-
wanda 29 years. He was a member of
the Third Presbyterian church.
Surviving are a wife, Matie; six
daughters, Mrs. Mildred Dawes, Mrs.
Melva Lowden, Mrs. Thelma Frank
and the Misses Alberta and Verna
Johnson and Miss Shirley La Rose ;
two sons, Elmer and Blaine Johnson,
North Tonawanda: three sisters, Mrs.
John Robins, Tonawanda; Mrs. George
Lowden, St. Catharines, and three
grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock
Friday at the home and 2:30 o'clock
at the Third Presbyterian Church.
The Rev. H. A. Depfer will officiate
and burial will be in Elmlawn.
