She was born Dec. 22, 1933, in Canby. Her maiden name was Anderson. She graduated from Newberg High School in 1952 and married Ross W. Sheeley on Dec. 22, 1953, in Stevenson, Wash. Mrs. Sheeley was a homemaker.
Survivors besides her husband include a daughter, Denice Meeuswen of Aloha; sons, Jim of Newberg and Don of Salem; brothers, Ken Anderson of Chino Valley, Ariz., Ben Anderson of North Bend, Melvin Anderson of Kansas, Charles Anderson of Portland and Robert Anderson of Wilsonville; sisters, Marie Miller of Portland, Nancy Stout of Woodburn and Sandra Hoyt of Montana; and six grandchildren.
