Chad W. Davidson, 26, of Macon, passed away May 2, 2009 at the Samaritan Memorial Hospital in Macon. Chad was born on August 25, 1982, in Macon, the son of Harry Davidson and Joann Jennings Boettger. On February 16, 2008, he was united in marriage to Lashanna Allen. She survives. Chad was a past member of the Boy Scout Troop 81. He enjoyed fishing, watching WWE wrestling, and listening to music. Besides his wife, Lashanna, he is survived by his parents, Harry Davidson and his wife Cecile of Macon and Joann Boettger and her husband Timothy of Marceline; his in-laws, Jack and Rebecca Allen; his grandmother, Mamie Davidson; one brother, John Wesley Davidson of Oklahoma; one sister, Elena Marie Long of Wein, MO; two step-brothers, Lee and Jeremy Charpentier; two step-sisters, Gayle Farris and Brittany Ellis; two brother-in-laws, Mike Allen and Charles Allen; his dog Franchesca and his cat Tiggy. Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oschel Davidson and Don and Jill Jennings. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 10:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Church in Macon with Father Michael Murphy officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Macon. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 6, 2009 from 6:00 ? 8:00 pm at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Macon, with a prayer vigil at 7:30. The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
